With Ain's data I was able to reproduce this issue - the import operation
freezes and
Chrome's memory usage climbs steadily.
It looks like the problem is with how we update the bookmark menu which is
currently
brute force.
Commenting out nodeAdded in bookmar_bar_controller.mm and
BookmarkMenuBridge::BookmarkNodeAdded causes the import operation to finish
nearly instantly.
