I think this ussue is not solved completely. I have latest Chrome (4.0.266) but still have to restart Chrome after cache clearing. At least, this problem concerns javascript caching (not sure about CSS files). If it is necessary, I can provide some other information. Btw, hostname does not matter, I use another host name.
