What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in windows vista, increase the dpi of the screen properties to the
maximum level
2.

What is the expected result?
the 3 bars, minimize, maximize and close should be operational
What happens instead?
cannot use those buttons, only x button can be used but it needs to be at
the edge
