I've been experiencing the same problem after a reimage of windows on my machine. Im running 7 on 64 bits and everything was working ok. I, however, proceed to do a "restore to last configuration unknown, then, directory services restore" after a motherboard replacement on the pc. Since then, this problem appeared.
