I'm seeing this issue on a freshly sync'd and built 4.0.279.0 from the dev  
channel, on
Ubuntu 9.10.  Seeing ~5 second delays when resolving host on initial  
startup (not
always, about half the time).  Problem goes away when I disable prefetch.   
I was
hoping the bleeding-edge code would fix it but unfortunately not.

Have attached several files: contents of about:DNS and about:histograms/DNS.
Apologies for the formatting, had to copy/paste the generated HTML for the  
first file.
