We recently reworked a lot of how accelerator handling happens. It's
likely it broke
something.
We don't support hacking the DLL to change behaviors. Chromium is open
source, so if
you really want to fiddle with accelerators, you're welcome to write a
patch and build
your own copy. Otherwise, we're not going to provide support for this use
case.
