Same issue for me too. But i am using Windows XP Pro SP3 , not Linux. Chrome Version : 3.0.195.38 i dont encounter this problem neither FireFox 3.5.6 nor Internet Explorer 6.0 . it affects only "NOT fullscreen mode". When i change flash game(Farmville) to Fullscreen, mouse wheel starts to respond (with zoom in or out).
