Comment #40 on issue 10812 by mccuiston: No java plugin support yet
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=10812

I made an application from an AppleScript I put together that launches
Chromium Java Enabler. I added a
Chrome icon from opindian.com to pretty things up. Java for Mac OS X 10.6
Update 1 is needed. The script
assumes Chromium is in the Applications directory which is the default
folder when you use TechCrunch's
Chromium Updater, http://goo.gl/ceGW .

I placed the Chromium Java Enabler application / script inside the
Applications folder and dragged it on to the
dock next to the Chromium icon. After you launch Chromium Java Enabler,
Chromium opens with a spinning
wait cursor. Click anywhere inside the Chromium window and the spinning
pizza / spinning beach ball
disappears. When you close Chromium, click OK or press the Enter / Return
key on your keyboard to close the
dialogue box.

Not the prettiest solution, but it's the best right now for the point and
click kind of folks who dig Chrome and
want a gift for the holidays. Obviously, the Chrome folks ain't going to
support this little puppy, which may or
may not work.
