It seems kind of ironic to download something in incognito mode, as soon as you download a file, that file is on your computer and remains as "evidence" of you having been on the site from which you downloaded it. Why have two lists at a all? It seems like downloading incognito isn't incognito at all. Of course I can think of downloading to a USB stick in incognito mode and not wanting to leave any traces on the original computer. Or downloading to a temp folder just to open the file.
