Summary: Unable to disable antialiasing in WebKit

Comment #25 on issue 28382 by [email protected]: Unable to disable
antialiasing in WebKit
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=28382

#24: You need to run the xsettingsd binary after creating ~/.xsettingsd. A
similar
setup works for me (using ion3 on an Ubuntu Karmic system; when I
put "Xft/Antialias
0" in .xsettingsd, run xsettingsd, and start Chrome, the page contents are
aliased).

That being said, it sounds like something else is causing issues on some
setups: see
#20 and #15 (both running Debian Unstable) and #12 (Karmic, just like me,
so... uh).
