I think it's better, but still isn't a good bug report. Let me tell you what would make it one: provide a version number from about:version and the platform you're running it on (Windows, Linux, or Mac). Then, provide a screenshot. And then, please describe the expected results compared to the actual results. One more thing: when reading your report up to "This link is WORKING ..." I think I clearly understand it. I'd summarize that as "One has to download a file to be able to open the download folder via Chrome". Is that correct?
