I've had this problem. You can see it happen at
https://cellofellow.homelinux.net/citadel/. This is using Cherokee  
webserver as a
reverse proxy for Citadel, though I'm not sure if Citadel is causing a  
problem or if
Cherokee is. Sometimes Firefox gives me sec_error_bad_signature, sometimes  
not. Chromium
always crashes wholesale.

I'm using Chromium on Ubuntu from the Ubuntu PPAs, by the way.
