We don't use system colors when using a non-gtk theme (i.e. classic theme
or custom
theme such as ratchet and clank).
However I have noticed this on KDE (system colors are used even in classic
theme
mode). I think it is an issue with the KDE/GTK theme integration. I haven't
looked
into it.
