Yes, this issue is there in 249.43, 49.. as report. This looks fixed later.
Cant reproduce with the latest builds. Can you please try on the latest
chromium
builds and let us know if you can reproduce.
Kindly observe the screen shot attached - This doesn't sets Background to
#000000 black.
