What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome with Thai UI
2. click Wrench => Options
3. click "Maximize Window" button
What is the expected result?What happens instead?
The window size of the "Google Chrome Options" dialog box cannot be
maximized. The dialog box has the same size as before.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
