I tried porting the last bit of this, found that the last test finds that
we rename
foo.exe to foo.download, but somehow that hasn't yet come up in the actual
app, so
maybe the function it's testing isn't used? I remember looking into this
before and
finding this code a frightening mess. I'm gonna back off from this for now.
