there are a few incompatible licenses bundled in chromium. for instance
third-
party/ockmock uses advertising clause BSD-style ... that means you cannot
combine that
with GPL code. i havent checked what uses what, but since all goes in one
big binary
it feels kind of illegal the way it is now.
From what i understand all BSD 4-clause license stuff needs to go away
