Access ftp://ietf.org/rfc/rfc1738.txt;type=a What is the expected result? Can access rfc1738.txt. What happens instead? ERROR (エラー 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): 不明なエラーです。) Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. IE and Firefox can access.
