Working on it. I'm going to submit a CL today. However, this crash looks
really bad. It's
very probable that some pointer becomes invalid and we're reading garbage.
My plan is to add debugging code to validate all things we have at the
point of
notification, and ignore invalid data in release builds (except very bad
cases).
issue 29166 indeed looks like a duplicate of this one. I'd wait for some
data we get from
this issue before marking it as a duplicate though.
