This could be accomplished through a simple manifest.json property. Perhaps
"release_notes" could be a string that is displayed to the user whenever an
update
occurs.
Another nice feature would be to display the URLs that an extension has
permission to
communicate with. Currently, the user just has to blindly agree to increased
permissions.
