I've been able to repro this on multiple systems. It seems to happen for
me when I'm
right-clicking to open something in a new tab, and an existing tab is still
loading and
the throbber is still "spinning". I suspect there is some resource
contention here.
This would be great to fix for mstone-5, since this bug is repeatable and
annoying.
