I'd say for the moment that you should try to analyze the User-Agent of the
navigator
connecting to your site, and, in case it is Chrome, display a warning
message or such
to warn visitors that they should do a special action to display the
website (i.e.
click on the page) or not load the same files (CSS, JS, ...) to fix the bug.
User-Agent of Chrome: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US)
AppleWebKit/532.8
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.295.0 Safari/532.8
Don't forget the numbers specified in the User-Agent change with the
version of
Chrome.
