item "Manage extensions" is not translated in some languages

Also happens with es-419, et, nb.
So this problem is applied to all locales that the name starts with "e"
or "n".
Replacing find_first_of() with find() in
extension_action_context_menu_model.cc
will solve this issue.
The above function had been removed in trunk at r36463.
