Part of the reason that there are no official Mac or Linux betas yet is that we never wanted them be direct ports of the Windows version, we want them to be well-integrated into their user environments. As I'm sure you can appreciate, it's a little early given our current status to actually settle on a final UI, but it's exciting to see these ideas float by, and the amount of enthusiasm for Mac Chromium is certainly impressive.
