Note that with that, you're not going to get automatic updates (e.g. you will be vulnerable to security bugs even after we've patched them for most users). Also, running on a fat32 partition greatly reduces the capabilities of the sandbox model that we use to help prevent the installation of malware and malicious disk access in general. In short, not recommended.
