If you follow the instruction of the "Getting Stated" page, it won't
build the unit tests and your build is going to be much faster.

Mainly the part that says "In the Solution Explorer, go to the App
directory, right-click chrome_exe, and choose Set as StartUp
Project.", and then you press F5 to build and run ONLY what is
required to run chrome.

If you don't want to run it, right click the "chrome_exe" project in
the solution explorer, and select "Build"
