I've gotten the layout test harness (that runs our webkit regression
tests) up and running against Mac TestShell with a local lighttpd web
server like the windows version uses. We're fetching http urls from
it, but it seems to get quite unhappy doing sub-loads and it wedges
pretty good. At least the end-to-end test machinery is fully
operational, which is the main point.

I'll land hopefully in the next couple of days. Then we can focus on
making TestShell not hang and spit out a render tree :-)
