Started failing with this CL
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/waterfall/changes/2762, which updated
deps to bring in the new merge.
I was able to build a local purify build last night using incredibuild.
Maybe something is wrong with the builder? Could it be a dependency issue
that just affects VS purify build?
