I have expanded the descriptions of each issue. Please let me know if you
find them more understandable in their current shape. Keep in mind that
solving the bugs themselves do require some experience with MSAA, which I
left out from here (it is linked from the design doc). If you have any
particular issue you want to fix, I'd be more than happy to fill you in with
the details behind it.

Wow, I am glad to see that I have to stand corrected here. It seems as if we
are now doing a good job of supporting Large/Extra Large Fonts all through
the UI (web content is not expected to be covered here, as you can adjust
the font size with Ctrl+ and Ctrl- for that separately). Removed this issue
from the list.

Can we knock High Contrast Support off the list too soon? :)
