If "svn status" shows it as modified but it's not showing up in "gcl change", my guess is that it's already in another changelist. Try "gcl changes", as MAD suggests. If that doesn't show anything, it might be in a raw svn changelist: try "svn changelist --remove path/to/listen_socket_unittest.cc".
