Sure, it's much more stable but it's much more old. With this revision, you are sure you have at least a working browser. There's a ~2 hours latency on the revision after it's checked-in so in some case, it may be problematic. This behavior can be easily overriden by `gclient sync --head` so it's not a big deal in fact.
