A way to resolve this, please following the steps bellow:
1. download tarball packet at:
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/archives/chromium.r13994.tgz
2. use command 'tar xvzf chromium.r13994.tgz' to extract this packet.
(or you may on win32 platform, then you should use winrar to do so.)
3. ensure that you have your gclient directory in your 'path'
directory.
4. type 'gclient sync' after command line prompt prefix.
