* If the network connection is cut while a download is in progress the time
estimate gets messed up - http://crbug.com/12610  . In the bug you
suggest: "calc the DL speed based on the last kSeconds (say 4?) who passed
since the last sample"

I hope other people will chime in on this thread but if not you might
want to focus on one issue (4718 for example) and start a new thread
asking specifically about that with a few options and asking people to
pick the one we want to implement.
