Hi,
Mozilla has "initial paint delay" feature, described here:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Nglayout.initialpaint.delay
Basically, it delays paint the screen in order to speed up the overall
page rendering time taken, but it also has incrementally rendering to
give user initial values sooner.
Can you please tell me if chromium has the same feature?
