Are you sure you cannot execute "mini-installer.exe", or is it simply not doing anything except showing a 'working' cursor for a few seconds?Because if it does, that means it installed Chromium on your computer. Go to Start-->Run...-->%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Chromium and see if there is anything interesting up there.
