What Windows are you on? Vista cannot run some of the layout tests. There is a flag you can pass to run_webkit_tests to get it to ignore the system dependencies check. I don't remember the name off the top of my head. To find it run: run_webkit_tests.sh --help
The flag will let you run the tests on Vista, but many of them will fail.
