For the layout tests steps, why do you we need to build test_shell locally, rebaseline and then add the other platforms to tests_fixable? Can't we just use the rebaseline tool and point it at the integration bots? Currently, you can point the tool at a specific builder. Maybe we could add a --integration-builders or something that would look at the integration builders for all three platforms. Speaking of the integration bots, should we set one up for Linux as well?
