There is no reason. We could implement both, if it's easy to install. (i.e.
no sql backend of stuff like that. Viewvc can read the subversion repo
directly and it's just a single python file).

If you have experience with installing trac and want to help, you can ping
me and we can see how hard it would be. Otherwise you can file a Feature
request and assign it to bevc and I and we'll see what we can do.
