Brett mentioned the same problem. We need a better visual cue for tabs wanting to notify the user. I believe some folks are looking into this. > I think it was added for Chrome OS. I haven't done Windows yet as Ben as reimplementing the tab strip and the new code is much easier for these sort of changes.
