Not only GTK mode. On linux, we upload (most of) the theme images to
the X server so blitting the images is done server side and
(hopefully) hardware accelerated.

Off the top of my head, the tabstrip and the floating bookmark bar are
the only pieces of the linux UI drawn with skia.
