However, there is no solution there.  I have a brand new download/
checkout and I ran
'gclient sync' immediately thereafter.  The thread implies the file
should exist; it does
not.

svn: 'third_party/yasm/source/patched-yasm/modules/arch' is not under
version control

I did 'svn up third_party/yasm/source/patched-yasm' and found many
missing files.

Perhaps 'gclient sync' didn't do the right thing?
