I understand the philosophy of not prompting the user all of the
time.  However, it does pose a problem with it comes to deletions.

If you have a folder full of bookmarks in Chromium, and you
accidentally choose delete... it just deletes... no prompting... no
"are you sure?"... it just vanishes.

I can live with this IF there is an "undo."

I'd be perfectly happy with just CTRL-Z bringing the folder back.
