Also, middle clicking a folder in the bookmarks bar to open all the
bookmarks in new tabs. I've spent a little time looking through the
code to add a few of these things. I can't imagine it will be too
hard, just adding event handlers and copy pasting code to make a new
tab. In the case of the Bookmark folders, I can probably just call the
function already in place inside the right click context menu for
folders.
