Both GChrome and Chromium have the issue with not correctly handling
my MS Wheel Mouse Optical scrolling when the wheel is set to scroll a
page at a time. When set this way, the screen scrolls opposite the
norm. The work-around is to switch it to scroll, for instance, 20
lines at a time, instead. Then rotating the wheel scrolls in the
"proper" direction.
