The only way I could make Chrome forget that I clicked that button was by deleting the file: %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data \Default\Web Data
This seems to have made it forget all my passwords. Also It caused the message "Do you want Chrome to save your password?" to come back for every site. Probably has other consequences.
