You realise that by clearing the browser cache, you are actually
making things run less smoothly.  The purpose of any properly-designed
cache is to improve performance and increase 'smoothness'.  I suggest
you research ways of making your chrome always run in incognito mode,
as this seems to be what you are asking for.
