I'm not yet sure if this is a problem with my Flash Player plugin or Chrome, but I have to say that the first (and only) time I've encountered this problem is in Chrome.
The problem is that if I have Chrome open for an extended period of time, it will stop playing Flash properly that contains audio. This is more prevalent in a flash application, such as the players at Project Playlist (www.playlist.com). I usually listen to music while browsing the web, and I have Playlist open most of the time. Well, then I go to listen to another song and it won't load. I try another song, no dice. I close all of Chrome (by going to the wrench button > exit) and restart it and everything works perfectly.
