Hi Pavel,

In the last version the Task Manager came up in a normal window and was 
not "always on top" of I remember correctly but I could be wrong on that 
part. I just got back from work, I powered up Chrome and I'm getting the 
same thing you are now, Task Manager is not maximized but "always on 
top". I can deal with this but that hardly explains why the same version 
this morning gave me problems. It was a fresh install too.
