It's been an ongoing problem with 0.2.251.1 since it's release through the "dev" channel.
This has already been fixed in revision 2334 (see http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2362) and was supposed to be pushed through the dev channel either last Friday or this coming Monday. Since Friday has passed by then it should be Monday, hopefully with some notification and/or instructions on how it's supposed to be installed (automatically, manually, whatever).
