You need to provide a bit more information than that, like what exactly happens when you attempt to login? For instance, if your getting something like a "Your browser isn't recognized blah, blah, blah..." and gives you 3 rather useless choices like downloading other browsers, look for the link that says "Continue to Windows Live Hotmail". That will get you in. You'll be stuck with the old classic interface but that's a MS problem, not Chrome.
